For the initial access and to confirm what's going and what's staying, yes. Most storage facilities require the unit holder or an authorized person to be on-site to open the unit. Once we're confirmed and loading, you don't need to stay and watch the whole job.

A standard 10x10 unit takes roughly 1 to 2 hours depending on what's in it. Larger units — 10x20 or 10x30 — packed full typically take 2 to 4 hours. We'll give you a realistic estimate based on unit size and contents when you call.
Can you clear just part of a unit, or is it all or nothing?
We can take only what you specify. If there are items you want to keep, just let us know before we start and we'll work around them. Partial unit cleanouts are common — you point at what's going and we haul only those items.
What happens to items in the unit that can still be used?
