When a family reached out to clear their late father’s three-bedroom Valley Center home ahead of listing it, they needed the whole property emptied — fast, and handled with care. We cleared the house, garage, and yard in a single day and left it broom-clean for the realtor.
The Job
The home had decades of belongings: full bedrooms, a packed two-car garage, a backyard shed, and a patio full of weathered furniture. The family had already taken the keepsakes that mattered; everything else needed to go.
Our crew worked room by room so nothing was missed, kept a “second look” pile for the family to review, and loaded the rest straight to the truck.
What We Handled
- Three bedrooms of furniture, mattresses, and clothing
- A full garage — tools, boxes, old paint (disposed of properly), and shelving
- Backyard shed teardown and debris
- Weathered patio furniture and green waste
Doing It Responsibly
Estate jobs produce a lot, but very little of it has to end up in a landfill. Usable furniture and household goods went to a local donation center, metal and appliances went to a recycler, and green waste was diverted to composting. Only the truly unusable material was disposed of.
The Result
Start to finish in one day, the property went from packed to market-ready. The family got their timeline, the realtor got a clean house, and most of the contents found a second life.
